 Rubber Co-Extrusion Seal
Rubber co-extrusion seals are one type of rubber gasket trim, often customize to be U shape rubber seal, to push on locking on projects for sealing and trimming protection functions. rubber co-extrusion is used for trim around doors, lids, and about any other exposed edge. Rubber co-extrusion with metal part slides on easily to cap any edge ,Inside metal clips provide a permanent grip on RV doors, truck cabs, golf carts, tractors, motorcycles, ATV fenders, fiberglass, sheet metal and more.

Structure
PVC/Rubber co-extrusion have different structure due to different application

Most PVC/Rubber co-extrusion is extruded by extrusion tooling and commonly form three type of weather strip. One of weather strip has constituted by three parts. One of weather strip is solid weather strip. Material of solid weather strip is common EPDM, PVC. Silicone
Solid part is "U" shape, And another steel part will be put into "U" shape solid rubber part.
And third part is foam rubber bulb seal part with various of shape.


Applications for Rubber Protective Strips:
Railcar,, automobile, steamboat, industrial electrical equipment, building door & window, garage door ;construction machinery, construction bridge and tunnel etc
1.automotive: door, truck, truck crap, window seals spacers for wheel wells, window weather striping
2.building products: curtain wall frames, OEM window seals, door seals slider door seals, tract and channel seals
3.window and door: various door seals, edge guards, egress window frames, garage door seals
4.containers: drums, barrels, safes and case seals.


Packing and shipment

· One roll has 100meters, one roll is packaged with one plastic bag, then certain quantity of sealing strips are put into carton box.

· Carton box insider rubber sealing strip is with packing list detail. Such as, item name, the type number of rubber sealing strips, quantity of rubber sealing strips, gross weight,net weight, dimension of carton box,etc

· All of carton box will be put on one non-fumigation pallet, then all carton boxes will be wrapped by film.

· We have our own forwarder which has Rich experience in delivery arrangement to optimize the most economic and quickest shipping way, SEA,  AIR,  DHL, UPS ,FEDEX, TNT , etc.
